We want you to love your Livenly. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery.
How to request a refund
- Email support@get-livenly.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We reply within 1 business day with the return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back: items sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.
- Send the item(s) back with all accessories. The original packaging is appreciated but not required.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective, damaged in transit or not the item you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Packs
Packs can be returned in full or in part. Partial returns are refunded at the price paid per unit in the pack.
Exceptions
Requests made more than 60 days after delivery, and items damaged through misuse, are not eligible for a refund.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your province of residence.
