1. Who we are
This website (airvelahome.com) is operated by Topod, a sole proprietorship registered in France, under the trade name Airvela ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
Airvela is a home air freshening device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition. Results may vary depending on room size, ventilation and use. Product images are for illustration; minor differences in appearance may occur.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include shipping, import duties and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Use of the product
Use the product only as described in its instructions, in a standard indoor wall outlet, out of reach of young children and of pets that chew. Do not use in wet areas where the device could come into contact with water.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, images, logo) belongs to Airvela or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
9. Personal data
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your province of residence, which continue to apply.
